Our 4th Trimester Doula Support Package is a comprehensive 6-week program designed to support new mothers through the essential aspects of postpartum care. This includes emotional and mental support, physical support, newborn care and education, communication and relationships, and lifestyle and logistics.

With our expert guidance, you will learn to prioritize self-care, navigate postpartum recovery, develop healthy routines, and foster positive family dynamics. Our program empowers you with the knowledge and confidence to care for your newborn while nurturing your own well-being.

The investment for our 4th Trimester Doula Support Package is $4000. This includes a $1000 non-refundable deposit and $500 per week for 6 weeks.

  • four 3-hour in-person visits per week for 6 weeks (72 hours)
  • six months unlimited virtual support (via call, text, FaceTime, Zoom)

  • as-needed, "emergency" (non-medical) drop-in visits
